Ingredients

• 3/4 cup plain yogurt
• 1/2 cup lime juice
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 3 tablespoons adobo sauce from 1 can chipotles in adobo sauce (here's how to save chipotles in adobo sauce for later)
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 2 cloves garlic, minced

Here's how to make it: 

1. Put all the ingredients into a mason jar or salad dressing cruet. Season with salt and pepper. 
2. Shake to combine.
