  • 20 ounces (2 packages) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 8 ounces (1 package) cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
