Caprese salad is a refreshing salad or side dish to serve anytime, but what if you're having a get-together? Make it easy on yourself and skewer that salad! These easy and healthy caprese salad skewers take about 10 minutes to make but look fabulous on a pretty platter. Fun and fancy!

Caprese salads on a stick simplify serving. The skewers can be drizzled beforehand with Italian dressing or your favorite vinaigrette, or left dry and served with a small bowl of olive oil, vinegar (balsamic is great) or dressing. All you need to make the salad kebabs is grape tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, basil leaves and whatever you want to drizzle on them. Balsamic vinaigrette, Italian salad dressing or just olive and vinegar complement the Italian salad ingredients perfectly.
