This Sweet Decadent Dessert Pizza Recipe Has a Brownie Crust (7 Ingredients) Desserts Pizza Snacks Entertaining

This chocolate and almond brownie pizza was a fun and easy dessert to make with my son. The decadent dessert pizza recipe looks beautiful enough to serve on almost any occasion. We make it for birthday parties, family get-togethers and just because the craving hits. 

To make this sweet dessert pizza you only need seven ingredients, plus any ingredients needed for the brownie mix (usually just eggs and oil, which are already ingredients in the dessert pizza). Here is your sweet shopping list for this dessert recipe: shredded coconut, a can of sweetened condensed milk, eggs, a box of fudge brownie mix, sliced almonds, semisweet chocolate (you can use chocolate chips) and canola oil. 

Serve wedges of the sweet coconut almond pizza for dessert or as a fun snack during the day. Feel free to change up the ingredients to make this pizza your own! Have fun with it.

Ingredients

• 14 ounces (1 bag) shredded coconut
• 14 ounces (1 can) sweetened condensed milk
• 2 large egg whites 
• 15 ounces (1 box) fudge brownie mix (13x9-inch pan size), plus ingredients to prepare brownie mix according to package directions 
• 1/2 cup sliced almonds
• 1 ounce semisweet chocolate, chopped 
• 1 teaspoon canola oil

Here's how to make it:

1. In a large bowl, combine the coconut, milk and egg whites until blended. Set aside. 
2. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions for fudge-like brownies. Spread onto a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. 
3. Spread coconut mixture over the crust to within 1/2 inch of edges. Sprinkle with sliced almonds. Bake 20 to 25 minutes longer or until topping is golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack. 
4. In a microwave, melt chocolate and oil. Stir until smooth. Drizzle over pizza. Store any leftover pizza in an airtight container in the fridge.
