Craving an iced vanilla latte? Make one yourself at home instead of paying big bucks for one at the coffee shop.
You'll need:
- ice
- 2 ounces of cold brew concentrate
- splash of dairy, soy or nut milk
- 2 ounces vanilla syrup
Here's how to make it:
- Fill a 16-ounce cup with ice, 2 ounces of cold brew concentrate, a splash of dairy, soy or almond milk and 2 ounces vanilla syrup. (Don't pour syrup directly on coffee because it will give it an off taste.)
- Top with dairy, soy or almond milk.
You can make it as strong or as weak as you like it. You also can drink the concentrate hot by adding hot water. Never boil the coffee concentrate (but you can heat it to take the chill off).
