My kids love ice cream cones (who doesn't?!). An equally refreshing, but healthier, treat is a fruit salad cone. It's easy!
- Take a store-bought waffle cone and add in your child's favorite fruit like strawberries, watermelon and blueberries.
- Give them a choice of toppings. Shredded coconut, chopped nuts or mini marshmallows are great options.
- Add a drizzle of chocolate syrup, if desired.
These cones are super refreshing and healthier than ice cream.
