To make this baked collard dip you will need cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion, black pepper, salt, Louisiana brand hot sauce, Tabasco brand hot sauce, Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese and frozen collard greens.
Variation: Try this high-protein recipe with mustard greens, turnip greens, kale or spinach.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (plus additional for top)
- 24 ounces frozen chopped collard greens, thawed and squeezed dry
Here's how to make it:
- Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion, black pepper, salt and hot sauces in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Scrape into a bowl. (If you can't find Louisiana or Tabasco brand hot sauce, use your favorite.)
- Stir in the Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese and collards. Spread into a baking dish and top with additional Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in a preheated 400-degree F oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. Reheat in the microwave.
