I have a really hard time getting my kids to eat nutritious foods. One easy way I've found is to change out my plain pasta for quinoa pasta. Quinoa is rich in magnesium and has protein, something plain pastas lack. It is also gluten free! 

I just started substituting the quinoa instead of regular pasta in all of my dishes, and my family never noticed. It is light and tastes great in all my recipes. Try it to add a nutritious boost to your family's meals – with no complaints!
