The reader shared her recipe for key lime pie, and we had to give it a try.
While the key lime filling Donna makes has cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice, the community member's three-ingredient filling is made with sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice and egg yolks. The pie is rich and delicious! She also uses a graham cracker crust, which you can buy premade at the grocery store or make a homemade graham cracker crust (it's so easy!). This key lime pie recipe is baked, too, because of the raw eggs.

Here's how to make it:
- Stir together the sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks and lime juice in a mixing bowl.
- Pour into a graham cracker pie crust.
- Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 15 minutes. Remove and cool before putting into the refrigerator to chill.
