3-Ingredient Crispy Ranch Pork Chops Recipe Is on the Table in Under 20 by Donna John
The three-ingredient recipe is made with dry ranch seasoning, paprika and, of course, pork chops. You can use whatever pork chop you like best – thin pork chops, bone-in pork chops, thick pork chops or boneless pork chops. The chops you pick will determine cooking time. First, combine the dry ranch seasoning and paprika in a small bowl. Then season the chops with black pepper and sprinkle the ranch-paprika mixture on both sides. Because the ranch dressing has salt in it, you really don't need to add any additional salt to this recipe. Pan-fry the chops in olive oil in a skillet until crispy, golden and cooked through.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 to 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 to 15 minutes
- 4 pork chops
- 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Here's how to make it:
- Combine the ranch seasoning and paprika in a small bowl.
- Season the pork chops with black pepper, then sprinkle both sides with the ranch mixture.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the pork chops and cook until golden brown and cooked through on both sides. This could take anywhere from 5 minutes to 10 minutes depending on thickness of pork chops.
