This is great! No browning the hamburger, no cooking the rice! I would use mozzarella cheese. I would also use Cream of Chicken or Mushroom soup.

Hmm. Tomato soup is creamier and more liquid than canned diced tomatoes which are packed in water. If you did use them, I would puree them in a blender to make them more saucy. Hope this helps!
