Salmon is one of our favorites. Compound butter sounds divine on this delicious recipe!

This was really tasty, I cooked it in a heavy stainless steel skillet and pan seared prior to placing it in the oven....I like crispy done salmon. Next time I will pan sear longer and bake less....
Served with Uncle Ben's wild rice ( how in expensive is that) along with roasted asparagus incorporating the compound butter and parmesan..... Easy, easy, easy delicious...

Now, after chatting about this recipe with an actual Chef, perhaps the parchment paper my work to "crispy-up" the skin as well. Soooooo, I will try that the next time.
