Homemade Burger Seasoning Recipe: Your Burgers Will Be Better Than the Halftime Show by 30Seconds Food
There are brisket rubs, fajitas seasonings, taco seasonings and even rotisserie chicken seasonings, but what about seasoning those burgers? Burger patties need a little love, too. And they'll get it with this easy burger seasoning spice blend recipe.
The seasoning blend is a powerhouse full of spices: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cayenne pepper, black pepper and salt. Throw in some brown sugar for a little sweetness, and you've got a wining combination for ground beef patties, ground chicken patties or ground turkey patties.
Sprinkle the seasoning blend on both sides of the ground meat patties before grilling or cooking in a skillet. The spice blend adds so much flavor to the burger! Add your favorite toppings and you've just created a burger masterpiece.
