The simple egg-free chocolate chip cookie dough is made with the following eight ingredients: butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, baking soda, vanilla, vegetable oil and chocolate chips. The cookies are baked for only about 10 to 12 minutes, then it's time to devour them. So simple!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 cups flour (all-purpose flour or gluten-free flour)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips

- The number of cookies depends on the size of the cookies you form.
- You could use milk chocolate, semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips.
- To make these cookies gluten-free, use gluten-free flour.

Here's how to make it:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar together with an electric mixer until creamy.
