Ingredients
- Oreo cookies
- cream cheese, softened

Here's how to make it:
- Crush the cookies and reserve 2 tablespoons of the mixture for sprinkling on top of the truffles. (Start with one box of cream cheese, 8 ounces, and add crushed Oreos until it's to your liking. Two boxes should be enough for one package of cookies.)
- Stir the crumbs and cream cheese together and chill it for about an hour.
- Roll the mixture into golf ball-size portions. Dip them in the melted white chocolate.
- Place them on a platter lined with parchment paper and sprinkle the reserved cookie crumbs on top before the chocolate hardens. Store the truffles in an airtight container in the fridge. Serve cold or at room temperature.
