To make this Greek-inspired creamed spinach recipe you will need the following gluten-free ingredients: olive oil, onion, garlic, frozen spinach, heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, feta cheese, fresh dill and a pinch of ground nutmeg. The flavorful spinach cooks up in a skillet in about 10 minutes. Quick and easy!
Variation: If you want to fancy it up a bit, pour it into a baking dish, top with some buttered panko or breadcrumbs and bake until lightly browned.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, sliced or chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 30 ounces (3 packages) chopped frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 ounce cream cheese
- 4 ounces feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill (or to taste)
- pinch of nutmeg
Here's how to make it:
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Add the onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Add the spinach, cream and cream cheese. Cook, stirring, about 5 minutes. (You could use fresh spinach for this recipe, if desired.)
- Stir in the feta, dill and nutmeg. (If you can't find fresh dill, use about 1 teaspoon of dried dill, or to taste. Not a fan of feta? Leave it out.) Serve.
