Crispy Ranch Baked Catfish Recipe Is on the Table in 20 Minutes by 30Seconds Food

Fish is a protein that is sometimes overlooked when planning dinner. But fish has health benefits and cooks up quickly on busy nights. This moist, crispy catfish recipe takes a swim in one of our favorite condiments – ranch dressing – before being oven-baked to golden perfection.
If catfish isn't your thing, you could substitute your favorite white fish, like flounder, haddock or tilapia. Serve this easy fish recipe with potatoes (french fries?), cole slaw or your favorite vegetable, side dish or salad. Char a few lemons to squeeze over the top for added freshness.
