You could toast the coconut before topping the pie. To toast coconut, spread it out on a baking sheet in a single thin layer. Bake in a preheated 325-degree F oven for about 5 to 10 minutes, stirring often, until golden brown.

- 1 1/2 cups half and half
- 1 tub (8 ounces) non-dairy whipped topping
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
Here's how to make it:
- Whisk together the pudding mixes and half and half until smooth. Pour half of the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
