• 6 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Combine the sugar, cocoa powder and cornstarch in a saucepot. 
2. Whisk in the milk until smooth. Bring to a boil over low heat and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat. 
3. Stir in the vanilla. 
4. Pour the pudding into individual servings bowls. Cover and refrigerate to chill. Store the pudding in an airtight container in the fridge.
