How to Make Fruity DIY Freezer Pops (Healthier & Kids Love 'Em)!

Homemade freezer pops are a healthier alternative to rich desserts, and they’re easy and affordable. Packaged juice blends work, or combine a variety of juices on your own and pour into ice cube trays. Before the juice freezes, insert wooden craft sticks and you’ve got a healthy and fun snack. Here are more ideas:

  • Use a yogurt smoothie instead of juice and you’ve got a protein-rich fro-yo pop.
  • Combine apple or mango juice with frozen strawberries or blueberries in the blender and then pour into trays.
  • Choose "no sugar added" juices or make your own with your juicer.

It’s a great way to get your kids to eat fruit, and healthier than most packaged pops. Let the kids help make them!
