You can customize this iced coffee recipe to be as strong as you like and you can choose healthier creamer options if you wish (soy milk and almond creamers are less sugary than other traditional creamers, for instance). You may want to play around with the recipe to achieve the perfect iced coffee for YOU!

- 1 - 2 tablespoons instant coffee grounds (I typically use 1 1/2 tablespoons)
- 2/3 cup cold water
- 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons coffee creamer (of your preference)
Here's how to make it:
- Add instant coffee grounds and creamer to a glass. Stir well.
- Add cold water. Stir constantly and allow coffee to fully dissolve (can take a few minutes but it will dissolve).
- Add ice.
