Tender & Tasty Air Fryer Roasted Cabbage Recipe (20 Minutes)

At 30Seconds, cabbage is having a moment – and we think it's about time. Cabbage is one under-loved ingredient that deserves to be in the spotlight! Air fryers are also having a moment, and deservedly so. An air fryer can cook all sorts of vegetables – from broccoli to carrots and from eggplant to turnips.

And yes, even cabbage! Just check out all the health benefits of cabbage. This easy air-fryer cabbage recipe makes a hearty side dish or a light vegetarian main dish.

Here's what you need to make this tender and tasty, low-calorie cabbage recipe: head of cabbage, olive oil, Old Bay seasoning (or your favorite seasoning), onion powder, garlic powder and smoked paprika. The fresh chives and sour cream are optional. The gluten-free recipe comes together in only 20 minutes!

You can change up the seasoning blend to meet your tastes, adding more or less of an ingredient or even changing one all together. Switch Greek seasoning or even taco seasoning for the Old Bay to change the flavor profile. Enjoy the moment!
