- 8 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 4 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Here's how to make it:
- Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and add more garlic powder and onion powder, if needed.
- Refrigerate about 1 hour, if you can, before serving for flavors to meld together. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers or chips.
Note: You can pulse the dip in the blender if you want a creamier dip with smaller pieces of spinach.
