I love sandwiches, and I know I'm not alone. Sandwiches are so easy to make and, depending on what you put on them, they make the perfect snack, lunch or even dinner.
Of course, to make the best sandwich, you need the best sandwich spread. My absolutely favorite sandwich spread is Dijonnaise. Dijonnaise is simply mayonnaise mixed with Dijon mustard. That's it!
This 2-ingredient Dijonnaise sauce recipe is creamy, tangy and the perfect addition to your favorite sandwich. Who knew two simple ingredients could add so much flavor?
This delicious condiment recipe is just a starting point. Use more or less mustard to suit your tastes. I like mine with more Dijon, but you may want mayonnaise as the dominant player. Experiment and find the ratio that suits your taste buds best!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (I use Hellman's Real Mayonnaise)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
