- 3/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Here's how to make it:
- Whisk together all the sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Set aside.
- Heat a little oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook, stirring, until browned and almost cooked through, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add the bamboo shoots and cook about 2 minutes more.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
