- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 2 cups elbow macaroni

- You could use ground turkey instead of ground beef.
- Any short pasta could be substituted for the elbow macaroni. Use gluten-free pasta to make this recipe gluten-free.
Here's how to make it:
- Brown the ground beef and onion in a large soup pot until cooked through, about 5 to 8 minutes. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Add the remaining ingredients except elbow macaroni. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Pour in the elbow macaroni. Reduce heat and simmer gently until macaroni is tender, about 10 minutes. Taste and add more salt and pepper, if needed.
