- 1 bag (24 ounces) red new potatoes, sliced into quarters
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- sea salt and black pepper, to taste
Here's how to make them:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir until potatoes are coated in the oil and herb mixture.
Sprinkle with additional sea salt and pepper, if desired. Served plain or dip in your favorite sauce.
