These crispy baked potato wedges make a great side dish for everything from burgers to filet mignon. Best part is, they're oven baked and ready for dinner in about 35 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 bag (24 ounces) red new potatoes, sliced into quarters
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- sea salt and black pepper, to taste
Here's how to make them:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir until potatoes are coated in the oil and herb mixture.
Spread into a 13x9-inch baking pan or onto a baking sheet. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Sprinkle with additional sea salt and pepper, if desired. Served plain or dip in your favorite dipping sauce.
