The pork ribs are cooked in a simple two-ingredient sauce of barbecue sauce and carbonated cola. Simple put the ingredients into your slow cooker, turn it on and let them slowly cook away.
Use your favorite barbecue sauce for this pork recipe. If you like sweeter, use honey or brown sugar barbecue sauce. If spicier is your thing, use hot and spicy or sweet and spicy. If you like more smoke flavor, go with mesquite or hickory barbecue sauce.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds pork ribs, cut in half
- 12 ounces (1 bottle) barbecue sauce
- 6 ounces (1/2 a can) dark carbonated cola
Here's how to make it:
- Season the ribs with salt and black pepper and place them in a slow cooker.
- Combine the barbecue sauce and cola. Remove about 1/2 a cup for serving. Pour the remaining sauce over the ribs. Use your favorite carbonated soda. Coke, Mr. Pibb, Dr Pepper or root beer are good choices.
- Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours or high for about 4 hours. Serve with remaining sauce. Store any leftover ribs in an airtight container in the fridge.
