Ingredients
- 2 - 3 pounds Korean-style short ribs
Marinade
- 1 cup low-sodium soy sauce (or tamari)

- 1/4 cup sesame oil or canola oil
Here's how to make it:
- Combine all the marinade ingredients in a plastic zipper bag. Add the short ribs and marinate at least 1 hour and up to overnight. (If you want a stronger marinade, use sesame oil. For a lighter marinade, use canola oil. For a gluten-free dinner, use tamari instead of soy sauce.)
