Bet You Can Make This Easy Lasagna Rolls Recipe in 20 Minutes (Ready, Set, Go!)

Spread. Roll. Bake. Done. Your entire family will enjoy these super easy and cheesy lasagna rolls. Serve with a salad and garlic bread

You'll need:

  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package directions
  • 1 box (10 ounces) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups ricotta
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella (divided)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 jar (24 ounces) spaghetti sauce

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Combine the spinach, eggs, ricotta, 2 1/2 cups of the mozzarella and Parmesan. Mix well. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
  2. Pour about 1 cup of the spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking dish.
  3. Spread about 1/3 cup of the spinach-cheese mixture onto each lasagna noodle. Roll up and place, seam side down, in the baking dish. Pour the remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella.
  4. Bake in a preheated 375-degree F oven for about 10 minutes.
