The easy Mediterranean feta cheese spread is made with feta cheese, cream cheese, fresh oregano, basil, chives, parsley, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and lemon zest.   • 6 ounces feta, at room temperature
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
