Meghan Markle shared this recipe with Cooking Light back in 2014. This ginger berry crumble recipe is delicious. This dessert recipe has been adapted from the original. A fruity but savory extra virgin olive oil has been substituted for Meghan’s coconut oil for a healthier recipe. I hope that doesn't start another rumble over this crumble.
To make this berry crumble recipe you will need to gather the following ingredients from your fridge and pantry: fresh blueberries, fresh blackberries, vanilla extract, lemons for juicing, maple syrup, fresh ginger, rolled oats, ground cinnamon, almond flour or all-purpose flour, extra-virgin olive oil and optional flax seeds.
This royal dessert recipe is loaded with healthy ingredients! Read about the health benefits of berries, the health benefits of ginger, the health benefits of oats and the health benefits of the flax seeds.
Serve Meghan Markle's recipe for dessert with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Delish!
