The Secret to the Juiciest Turkey or Chicken You’ll Ever Make!

It doesn’t matter how you prepare your poultry, you’ll get the most mouth-watering bird you have ever cooked with this simple trick. 

  • First, don’t overcook your bird. Roast until the juices run clear when you pierce the thigh with a fork. 
  • Next, move the bird to a platter and place the platter on an angle against an overturned plate so that its head is facing down and its tail is in the air. 
  • Cover the bird loosely and let it rest for at 10 to 30 minutes more. This allows all the juices to flow down through the breast meat making the meat flavorful and moist. 

You’ll never do it any other way again. Enjoy!
