- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- seasoning of choice (garlic salt, paprika, salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash, onion powder, etc.)
Here’s how to make them:
Rinse and dry the garbanzo beans.
In a bowl, toss the garbanzo beans in olive oil and seasonings. If you want to make two flavors, simply divide them on the cookie sheet. Roast at 400 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until crunchy. Watch carefully to not burn the beans.
