This roasted potato recipe has just three simple ingredients, but is loaded with rich flavor in every bite. To make these baked potatoes you need to grab the following ingredients from your fridge and pantry: Yukon gold potatoes (check out the health benefits of potatoes), butter and fresh garlic (garlic has health benefits). The potatoes bake up in about 30 minutes.
The gluten-free garlic butter roasted potatoes come out of the oven creamy on the inside and crisp on the outside. The garlic gets crispy while baking, and adds a delicious texture to the potatoes. The potatoes almost melt in your mouth.
Serve the buttery roasted potatoes as a side dish with chicken, turkey, beef, pork, seafood, venison or lamb. They are also delicious tossed in a grain or lettuce salad for more fiber and protein.
