Spring Flower Pot Chocolate Cupcake Recipe: A Fun & Gluten-free Way to Welcome Spring by Cheryl Leahy

I absolutely adore making desserts. Unfortunately, many of my favorite dessert recipes contain gluten, which a great number of people are sensitive to.
I recently discovered Simple Mills baking mixes, which are naturally gluten-free because they use almond flour. I used their chocolate cupcake mix to make these adorable spring flower pot cupcakes!
- Simply make the mini cupcakes according to directions.
- Pop them into a mini flower pot that you can buy at any garden store.
- Frost with cake frosting (use premade frosting or homemade frosting)
- Add a cut strawberry on top.
These taste amazing and are so fun to eat!
