Denise Rothbardt Schwartz is a seasoned legal recruiter and a recovering attorney. She is the co-founder of EpsteinSchwartz Legal Search, a boutique women-owned and managed legal search firm based in Chicago. Before becoming a recruiter, Denise was a corporate associate at Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., in Minneapolis and a banking and finance associate at Mayer Brown LLP in Chicago. Denise earned her B.A. from Indiana University and her J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law.
Denise currently serves on the Associate Board of Open Books, a non-profit organization that provides literacy experiences for children in Chicago.
Denise happily lives in Chicago with her husband, her two children and her dog.
