Annette Jett, MBA, serves individuals in a cross-disability environment through education, engagement and employment. As a parent advocate and community inclusion specialist, Jett advocates for individuals with disabilities on a local, state and federal level. An entrepreneur at heart, Jett earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Loyola University of Chicago and a Graduate Certificate in Developmental Disabilities from the Human Development Institute (HDI) at the University of Kentucky. As a former restaurateur and caterer, she draws on her own experiences to teach high school students and youth in transition on how to get a job and keep it. Jett engages families, teachers and employers to raise expectations for full participation, intentional inclusion and accessibility at school, at work, and in their communities. She resides in Lexington with her husband, Frank, and their two children, Gracie, 12, and Charlie, 10.
