Ted Fang is a consultant and advisor based in Singapore. He founded Tera Capital, Tera Partners, and Tera Realty (Tera Sotheby's Realty). He also co-founded Frontier Hotel Group together with his two brothers. In 2003, the trio acquired the Days Inn master hotel franchise for Greater China from Wyndham Worldwide.
In 2018, Ted Fang acquired the Sotheby's real estate franchise for Greater Shanghai market. His company invested in the expansion of the franchise into other regions in China.
Ted Fang is a talented athlete, having competed as a Singapore national squash player in the British Squash Junior Open and Malaysian Squash Junior Open championship (TCAC).
