Eating a Lot of Fish While Pregnant? You Need to Read This! Eating for Two

Moms-to-be have been told to include fish in their diets. However, a study found that babies born to moms who’ve eaten high amounts of fish during pregnant may be at a higher risk for obesity in childhood. 

The study, published in the journal Pediatrics, found that kids from women who ate fish more than three times a week while pregnant were more likely to be overweight at 4 to 6 years of age. Researchers believe pollutants, such as mercury, may be to blame.
