Just as you lock your home or your car for safety, it’s important to keep the protective light around you! Gold is the strongest energy of protection. I recommend reinforcing the golden bubble of protection when you wake up in the morning, before you go to work, before you go to sleep at night, before going to a party or meeting. Think of the gold as your spiritual bodyguard!

The Higher Self is the perfected part of your consciousness, and is seen in the aura as a radiant point of light about two feet above the head. When you put your attention here, you’ve raised your consciousness above human toils and troubles. Once you are there, you are truly "under the shadow of the Almighty."
3. Call on Your Angelic Teachers
Your Angelic Teachers are the front line of support on a day-to-day basis. If there is something you are not sure about or something you feel uneasy about and you need guidance, call on your angelic teachers for illumination.
