I could not love this more, Joani Plenty ! In what I fear is becoming a global bully culture, this is exactly what we should be doing to raise kind human beings! Good grades and hard work and talents are all well and good (I do value them, really!) but at the end of the day, I want my kids to grow up to be kind people.
