I attended a lecture about this subject and it was so impactful. We need to get the word out about the importance of ACEs. Thank you, Jennifer Lynch , for shining a light on this. Welcome to 30Seconds. We look forward to learning more from you!

Thank you for this important tip. I am an adult who lived with ACE’s. Although the research states how they can impact you as an adult it is important information, as adults we need to know that the impact that we have with these children is critical in helping them not be one of those statistics. It was the people in and around my life that made me who I am today. I can’t say it was easy but with positive role models and relationship building I am not one of those statistics.
