Keeping a great babysitter can be tough! With these tips, you'll make it hard for them to turn you down:

• Hand off the “in charge!” Make sure the kids see and hear you tell the babysitter she is in charge.
• Set the sitter up for bedtime success! Giving your sitter all of the info you can about how to keep with your routine will make for the best night.
• Round up! It may not seem like a huge deal, but your sitter will notice the gesture. And please, don’t ever pay in coins.
• Don’t be late! Or, text to make sure it's OK that you will be. Even though you can barely keep your eyes open, they just might have late night plans.

Keeping sitters is about more than just paying a lot. Respect them, give them the best info you can and make sure to share a genuine “thank you.”
