Good top Cheryl Leahy And Swimming helps eczema kids too! It's a fun way to exercise while killing the staph bacteria on the skin. But not under direct sun, regular short swims throughout the week (but I tend to just bring my kid for one long swim, o.w. all that packing and logistics would not be worth that few short mins in the pool!)
