The next time you're backing up favorite family photos to your laptop … uh, you do back them up, right? Don't forget to save them to multiple locations for safekeeping. Put them on a couple of flash drives and store:
- one in a fire/water safe file box
- one in your safe deposit box
- another at your parent's house
Then, once your copies are safe, put your favorites on another flash drive or CD and gift them to relatives for the holidays or their next birthday, so Grandpa and Aunt Sadie can enjoy them, too!
