Are you a parent, educator, coach or therapist? Concerned about a child's behavior during this coronavirus pandemic?

As a parent and therapist I am very concerned about the youth during this time – the lack of social interaction, the loss of independence and the upheaval of schedules and routines. Do you know how to tell if your child is suffering emotionally? Want to know what you can do to be proactive about your child's mental health?

Teach them the skill of body talk. Body talk is about listening to your body's language and cues. The more in tune you are with the body and its cues, the more equipped you are to manage emotions and maintain positive mental health.

Now is the time to learn how to read your child's nonverbal communication, as well as help teach them how to listen to their own body cues. Let's build resilient children through body awareness! We can help them thrive through these challenging times. You might even find it useful yourself!
