Brace yourself. For the first time ever, Target is launching a two-day shipping option in an effort to combat the Amazon Prime obsession and reel customers back in.

If you have a coveted Target Redcard, you’ll get the perk automatically (along with your 5 percent savings) as long as the items and your zip code qualify. If not, you can still benefit from the expedited shipping if you spend $35 or more.

It’s best to place your order by noon so Target can guarantee they’ll be able to send your items within the two-day window. When shopping online, the item description will include shipping availability options. Not everything can be on your doorstep in 48 hours, but the company says “hundreds of thousands” of items can!

Walmart also recently jumped onto the two-day shipping bandwagon.
