Transitioning into the workforce is not always easy for college graduates. Here are some tips on how to "move" into a smoother transition:
- Practice making appropriate eye contact. This is super important for good communication in the workplace. It also shows you respect yourself and others as well as have good listening skills.
- Boost your confidence by taking on a power pose. Practice feeling confident in your body and you will exude confidence in the workplace.
- Create a sleep schedule to set your internal clock. Getting adequate sleep is key to avoiding burnout.
