Feeding Babies Solid Foods Will Help Them Sleep Through the Night: Find Out If This is Baby Fact or Fiction!

I understand why exhausted moms and dads grasp on to the myth that feeding a baby solid food will make him or her sleep through the night. However, it is a myth.

Feeding your baby solid foods won’t make your baby sleep through the night. Yes, some babies start sleeping for longer stretches at night at about the same time that they start solid foods.
